On October 2nd, 2016, in the General Conference for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Elder M. Russell Ballard said the following: “If you choose to become inactive or to leave the restored Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where will you go? What will you do? The decision to “walk no more” with Church members and the Lord’s chosen leaders will have a long-term impact that cannot always be seen right now.”
Members of the Mormon church should not feel that they have no place else to go or nobody to turn to in their lives if they were to leave the church.
People around the world have had overwhelmingly positive life changes after their disaffection from the church. These profiles stand as a witness that there are many places to go and many people to turn to if you choose to transition away from the church.
